Progressive Health Solutions is a telehealth company that focuses on providing high-quality care at affordable prices, while also creating easy and quick access to care. Using cutting-edge technology and a patient-centered approach, we aim to deliver care anywhere, reduce costs,  and streamline processes in an effort to improve health-related outcomes. Given strict regulatory healthcare laws, which our company supports, we currently only offer our services in 2 states, Missouri and Florida. We aim to go nationwide in the near future.

Telemedicine, as defined by the Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), is the use of electronic information and telecommunication technologies to provide care when you and the patient are not in the same place at the same time. Telehealth technologies include videoconferencing, store-and-forward imaging, streaming media, and terrestrial and wireless communications. In simpler terms, it’s the use of electronic communication systems to deliver healthcare.

The benefits of telemedicine are numerous, including:

  • Easy and convenient access to healthcare, reducing travel burden for patients.
  • Increased access to healthcare for patients living in remote or underserved areas.Cost saving.

Do You Accept Insurance?

Currently, we do not accept insurance, but this may change in the future.

How Do I Pay?

We accept debit and credit card payments.

What Conditions are Appropriate for Telemedicine?

Conditions appropriate for telemedicine include:

  • General wellness exams
  • Blood work test ordering and result interpretation
  • Management of stable chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and COPD
  • Acute non-severe conditions like the common cold, superficial skin infections, urinary tract infections, STIs, and reflux

Conditions that are NOT appropriate for telemedicine include chest pain, abdominal pain, severe sudden-onset shortness of breath, visual complaints, dental complaints, complex medical history, and any condition requiring a physical examination. If you have any of these conditions, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

I Missed My Appointment. What Should I Do?

No worries! Just reschedule for the next available date. If you do not see an early enough date, send us a message, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do You Prescribe Medications?

Yes, we prescribe medication as medically appropriate for your condition. However, we do not prescribe controlled substances.

Are My Health Records Protected?

Yes, our company is HIPAA compliant. We also encourage you to protect your medical information by ensuring your visit is conducted in a quiet, private area, preferably in the comfort of your home.

Do You Treat Children?

No, we do not. We see patients who are 18 and older.

What States Are Your Services Available In?

We currently offer telehealth services in Florida and Missouri. We plan on extending our services nationwide in the near future.
